Benefits of MUD\WTR
Recently, I saw an ad about the benefits of MUD\WTR, and how mushrooms work as awesome little brain boosters. Ive been wanting to take a little break from coffee and wine both so It seemed like a good time to try it out.
I decided to start with MUD\WTR :rest first and im definitely seeing what all the hype is about. If you’re curious about trying MUD\WTR and MUDWTR rest for yourself, here’s a little bit about my experience, and some of the benefits you could get out of the mushrooms and other ingredients they use.
Personal Benefits
Some people use MUD\WTR as a replacement for coffee—but I LOVE coffee too much to completely cut it out of my morning routine. This is the main reason why I started with the REST formula, its supposed to be used as a relaxing evening beverage.
I love that MUD\WTR REST has helped me have an alternative to wine in the evening- Im backing away from alcohol right now as part of my explant recovery(read blog post about breast implant removal here). I’m not one to drink much overall, but I am certainly “sober-curious,” since the pandemic and I can tell you honestly that my daily MUD\WTR REST has helped me drink even less. Its really got an awesome relazing effect both mind and body. This is because of the special formulation of adaptogenic mushrooms. I go over each and every one along with its benefits below.
Lastly, you might not think a drink made from mushrooms would taste very good, but I think it’s pretty tasty. It has a great chai flavor profile and I use honey as a sweetener, but you can use stevia, sugar or whatever your preference is. I definitely enjoy my MUD\WTR REST every day.
